This integration will save you time and lessen the dreaded ‘tool overload’ by allowing you to manage your reviews directly within Zendesk. 

To get started, just choose which star ratings you would like to initiate a customer service response, and the Zendesk integration takes care of the rest. 

Every time a review of that star rating is left on your Trustpilot profile page, Zendesk will automatically create a ticket, allowing you to seamlessly combine your Zendesk and Trustpilot tools. 

Think of the time you’ll save! No more checking your profile for reviews, or manually creating tickets for your team to respond to new customer feedback.
