In this post, courtesy of our Customer Success Department, we show you exactly what you can expect after signing up with Trustpilot.
You’ve just signed on with Trustpilot – eager to connect with your customers and hear their stories. Don’t be nervous. Just like your account executive assured you, getting set up is a breeze.
Here’s what to expect:
FIRST: Sending your first review invitations with your Integration Manager
When you finalize the details of your Trustpilot subscription with a member of the sales team, they’ll schedule a time for you to talk with one of the Integration Managers on the Customer Success team.
During this call, your Integration Manager will work with you to send out your first batch of review invitations - so be sure to come prepared with a list of recent customers! Your Integration Manager will also help you set up an ongoing, automated review collection method and determine the best way for you to display and share customer feedback on your website. With over 25 ways to collect reviews, we’re sure we can find one that works for you
We work to get you totally up and running so quickly because we’ve seen, time and again, that our most successful partners are the ones rockin’ and rollin’ with fresh reviews right away.
NEXT: Establishing goals with your CSM
It’s time for you to meet your dedicated Customer Success Manager (CSM). The CSM will be your main point of contact at Trustpilot and you can rely on them throughout your ongoing experience with Trustpilot.
Your CSM will provide a closer look at how our platform can work best for your business, and answer any of your lingering questions.
Together, you will discuss your business goals and determine how Trustpilot can help you achieve them. For example:
- Hoping to improve your customer service? Your CSM can share or develop strategies for creating an incentive program for your team using reviews, or help you analyze your reviews to see what customer service areas to focus on.
- Looking to improve SEO? Your CSM can help you determine the best pages to place a Trustpilot TrustBox, and guide you through implementation in order to gain the best results and stand out in search engine results.
- Focused on reducing cart abandonment? Your CSM can help find key points in your checkout funnel to add your reviews to minimize churn, improve customer LTV, and more.
FINALLY: The path to ongoing success!
After your initial set up, you’ll log in to your account and watch the reviews fly in. Engage with your customers by responding to them one-on-one as they leave honest feedback for your business. Show off your 5 star reviews on-site. Give yourself a big pat on the back, because you are killin’ it for your business.
Curious what success looks like after Trustpilot?
Before working with Trustpilot, online retail company CPO Commerce had 72 reviews.
Within their first month working with their Integration Manager and Customer Success Manager, they were up to 610 reviews. That’s 610 reviews they can use to gain unique insights from their customers.
When TestStripz, a diabetic test strips retailer, first partnered with Trustpilot, they didn’t have any reviews on their Trustpilot page, so the only way to go was up! Within their first couple of weeks working with their Customer Success Manager and Integration Manager, they collected over 500 reviews and earned themselves a TrustScore of 9.1 - thats FIVE green stars they’re now showing off on their website with a TrustBox.
Your success is our success. As soon as you sign up, your Trustpilot team won’t be satisfied until you’re hearing your customer’s stories, and using that feedback to better their experiences.
